It does not replace the notices provided by Clover, Google, Meta or other providers when you use their services.

When you visit the website

The website is hosted on Vercel. To deliver pages, operate the website and help protect it from misuse, the hosting service processes technical information such as IP addresses, browser or device information and information about website requests.

Optional Google Analytics

If you allow analytics, Google Analytics measures visits, page views and interactions such as menu-category selections, ordering links, cafe phone links, email links and directions. Analytics may use cookies and technical browser or device information. Ordering clicks are measured as clicks rather than completed purchases.

Our analytics event parameters do not include form contents, menu-search text, arbitrary URL query parameters or unknown page paths. Google advertising storage and personalization are denied. Google Analytics is not loaded until you allow it. See Google’s privacy information for its data-handling practices.

Facebook and Instagram advertising

If advertising measurement is enabled and you separately allow it, Meta Pixel measures page visits, ordering and contact-link clicks, menu downloads and successful inquiry events. This helps measure Facebook and Instagram ads and reach people interested in Nonna’s Cafe. An ordering click is not recorded as a completed purchase.

Meta may receive browser and device information, IP addresses, page and referring URLs, and cookie or advertising identifiers. It may associate website activity with information it holds and use it for advertising under its own policies. We do not add your name, email address, phone number, message or menu-search text to Meta event parameters. This setup does not use Conversions API or automatic advanced matching.

Changing your privacy choices

Use Privacy choices in the footer to review or change your analytics and advertising choices. Optional measurement is your choice. A browser Global Privacy Control signal turns our optional measurement off.

When you withdraw permission, our website stops sending further optional events for that choice. Withdrawing advertising permission also removes Meta’s first-party tracking cookies for this site. Withdrawal does not remove information already received by a provider or change your preferences on its own services.

The embedded Google map and the external ordering services are described separately below. The website measurement choices do not change their own settings or privacy practices.

Contact and catering inquiries

When you submit a contact or catering inquiry, we process your name, email address, optional phone number and message through Vercel and Resend to deliver the inquiry to info@nonnascafeli.com. We use those details to respond. Your email address is used as the reply address; an inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.

A success message means the email service accepted the inquiry for delivery. It does not confirm a catering booking or guarantee a response time. Please call your café for urgent help, and do not include payment-card details or other sensitive information.

If you allow analytics, a successful inquiry is measured by its general or catering context. If Meta advertising measurement is enabled and separately allowed, it also receives an inquiry-success event. Form contents, contact details and the submission identifier are not included in those event parameters.

Inquiry retention and requests

Contact and catering inquiries are delivered to our business email inbox. We have not adopted a fixed retention policy for those inquiries.

To ask about information you provided through a website inquiry, or to request its deletion, email info@nonnascafeli.com. Information held directly by an external provider is also subject to that provider’s retention practices and request procedures.

Email updates

Newsletter signup is not currently enabled. Contact and catering inquiries do not add you to a newsletter or marketing list. Any future signup will explain the emails you choose to receive and how to unsubscribe.

Browser preferences and measurement references

Your website measurement choices are stored in your browser until you change them or clear the relevant browser storage. Analytics and advertising choices are saved separately when both options are available.

When the relevant measurement is allowed, the website keeps a limited set of inquiry submission references in session storage to avoid counting the same successful inquiry more than once. These references do not contain your name, email, phone number or message and are not sent in event parameters. If Meta advertising is enabled and allowed, its Pixel may also use first-party cookies containing browser or advertising identifiers.

Orders through Clover

Order links take you to the selected café’s ordering page on Clover. Order, contact and payment information you enter there is handled through Clover rather than a checkout form on this website. Clover may share order and contact information with the café to fulfill your order.

Maps, cookies and external services

The locations map uses an embedded Google Maps service. Loading or interacting with the map connects your browser to Google. Google may process technical information and use cookies or similar technologies under Google’s privacy policy.

Your browser settings can restrict cookies and third-party content, which may affect embedded maps. Links to Clover, Instagram, Facebook and other external services take you to sites with their own information-handling practices.
